Happy Thursday, everybody. Hope you guys winding the week down in a beautiful way. Again, let's do a quick check-in. Self-care, joy, pleasure, and rest every single day. And I'm adding on top of that, making sure you're connecting with at least three people. It can be a text, FaceTime phone call, send a picture. I don't care. Just letting people know that you're there and that you're thinking about them. There's some people that are lonely, self-isolating, especially the people that we usually think are doing well, they might not be. Not everyone's feeling comfortable acknowledging it.
