As always, feeling, feeling a whole lot better, although still have some lingering fatigue and

brain fog and phlegm and headache. It's amazing. It's amazing how had all my vaccines,

my boosters, and yet, bam, weeks later, still dealing with some of the echoes of COVID.

So take care of yourselves out there and just trying to normalize not getting it because it's a lot more.

I don't know, everyone kept saying like, it'll be fine, it'll be fine, you're vaccinated, you're boosted, you're healthy, it doesn't matter.

I don't want it again.

I'm still being thoughtful. I'm still want it again. I'm still being thoughtful. I'm still

wearing my mask. I'm still distancing. I'm not going around crowds. I'm not going into places and

doors. I'm not going to the movies or concerts or anything. I'm telling you, I don't want it again.

And I've clients that have had it two times, three times and four times. And once was enough

because I'm still dealing with it weeks and weeks later. So, you know, just because I, you know, wasn't hospitalized doesn't mean all as well.

It is not just like the common flu.

The flu for me traditionally lasts a few days, maybe a week.

I'm about a month in.
