Hello, good evening, everyone. How y'all doing? I hope you guys are getting through the day.

Focusing on self-care, right? Some joy and pleasure and some rest. We've got to be, as we say,

pleasure activists in our culture, right? Everyone's stressed out, overwhelmed. We're busy. We're

doing all sorts of things, but we've got to make time for joy and pleasure. That doesn't mean you're lazy. It doesn't mean you're hedonistic or self-centered.

It's self-centering.

It's about mental health.

Oh, the world is changing.

I don't know what's going on in your cities.

My heart's broken.

I'm watching a lot of, gosh, different restaurants and stores that are essentially

local institutions, you know, places where community has been

created. And it's really sad to watch the loss. I'm watching a hotel, the standard

hotel here in Hollywood, is closing. It's been a place where a lot of people spend a lot of

great times. I used to go there for first dates all the time. And they had a beautiful pool.

Also lots of bars and restaurants.

And a lot of them are putting together kick starters and whatnot to raise funds. But sadly,

it's not helping everyone. It's such really heartbreaking. And so just sending out love and care

to those that are having their entire lives destroyed or reoriented and unemployment. It's

heartbreaking. And it's going to be a slow rebuild.

But with that does come some change.

So honoring and empathizing with all that loss in the morning of that.

And also just looking at some of what's coming in.
