January to kind of reset ourselves. We are working on acceptance. We're like, hey, this is

where we are. We're okay where we are. We are going easy on ourselves, dropping the bar for ourselves, dropping the bar for those around us, but also acknowledging what it is we might want to keep an eye on.

That is, you know, wisdom is about knowing what we want to work on.

Within the context of some loving acceptance of, and this is where I am, and this is what's happening around me and having the right expectations.

We're not judging things as good or bad or right or wrong, but we're like, hey, there's some

Change is inevitable.

But we recognize that we're doing the best we can.

want to think about? We want to get our mental health back online. A lot of it tends to keep

falling under like boundaries. I'm burned out on using that word. I think a lot of people are as well.

But the first thing is, um, is, we want to give ourselves permission to look out for ourselves.
