Hey, we are so happy to have a bunch of new listeners this week.

If this is your first time hearing the longest time, I want to say that our show is about

family stuff, but it is not just for parents.

So welcome to everybody. And I want to recommend a few

episodes to you. One of our favorites is Mama Don't Understand. That's about a

mixed-race kid who records herself rapping to her white mom about how she doesn't get what it

means to be black. That's episode 59. And then another popular one is

episode 60, the accidental gay parents, that's about these two guys who become

parents when they least expect it. And then there's one that we did recently that

was just so much fun. We got parents to record their kids asking unanswerable questions, you know, things like,

do dinosaurs go to heaven or hell. We played those questions for improv comedian Chris Gethard,

and he tried to answer them.

Another quick note, the story that you're about to hear

first aired about a year ago.

And at that time it ended with a big cliffhanger.
