| 1:24.3 | I would have this by now. So after years of practicing L-OA, she thought it would all be on |
| 1:33.6 | autopilot, that she wouldn't have to manage her mind anymore. It would just happen automatically. |
| 1:40.8 | And so her frustration was coming from the fact that this isn't what is happening. |
| 1:47.3 | Years into her law of attraction practice, she is still needing to manage her mind. |
| 1:55.0 | She can still find herself feeling negative emotion and need to reach for better feeling |
| 2:00.2 | thoughts to move up the emotional |
| 2:02.0 | scale, still finding herself needing to be intentional about focusing on positive aspects, |
| 2:10.7 | on things that are wanted, you know, rather than on negative aspects and things that are |
| 2:15.3 | unwanted. And that despite a deep understanding of how |
| 2:21.5 | law of attraction works, my client can still find herself having allowed her thoughts to take her |
| 2:31.2 | down the path of negative emotion. |
| 2:41.7 | Bottom line, she's feeling frustrated that she's still having to manage her mind. |
| 2:48.7 | Frustration, of course, is a negative emotion in the middle of the emotional scale, |
