I'm going to keep today like very short, very very short, very very very short.

I find the internet right now is to be a consuming place.

There's a lot going on.

America is in an election and I find American politics bleed into the rest of the world.

So even if you're not in America, it still is a topic of discussion and it still affects your world.

Our world, we're all in this world together and the division spreads like wildfire.

As this division spreads like wildfire online, as we can see, you know, black, white, left, right, blue, red, whatever it is, it's always something.

There is a spiritual discipline that has been given to human beings thousands of years ago that I just think is the strongest spiritual discipline that one can practice.

Like if you really want to mature the heart, grow as a spiritual person, because we look at, you know, spiritual growth as this beautiful self-love experience

where we get to embrace our power and step into our greatest version of ourselves and yes, it is that and that is beautiful.

But there's hardships too.

And loving the enemy is essential to that journey.

Loving the enemy to me is the greatest spiritual discipline that has ever been given to us.

And that is what we need in the world right now. That is what we need to practice in our day to day.

The same compassion we seek for ourselves, the same love we are searching within ourselves, is the same love we need to practice in the world.

Now you don't have to like somebody, but you should love them.

Because to love somebody is to simply state, is to simply know that they come from the same source as you, that they come from the same light.

Is your enemy as God's child too, right?

Your enemy is God's child too.

God loves your enemy just as much as God loves you.

Now that may be a hard pill to swallow because you're like, what? No, no, no, no.

This person is so evil. This person thinks this way. This person is like this. This person is trying to hold me and understand.
