I am so delighted to be on the podcast today. The

exciting to think about where we go next and one of my unique advantages in all of this is that I've been in the place of our listeners.

Hearing a teaching that really captured my heart, but then wondering how it could become part of my everyday life.

So when you asked me to do the podcast, the first thing I thought of was encouraging

Loving the learning allows us to remain encouraged even if we don't feel wildly successful yet in our growth and development.
