And I'm apparently not following a long list of titles after your name or before it,

Jared Hill. Welcome back to Fantide y'all. We are getting to our special mini episodes for you

while we are away preparing for the new season of Fantide starting on March 2nd. We wanted to

just kind of have a little bit of combo about something we've been having a little bit of combo about.

We are going to these next two episodes. We are going to be talking about this idea of loving

the artists and feeling meh about the work or feeling meh about an artist and really enjoying

their work. We feel like it's pretty squarely within the Fantide wheelhouse. I have been thinking

about this in various different kinds of ways, right? Artists from musicians and creatives but

also even like as people that we see on television every day where they're hosting a show or whatnot.

I started thinking about this though with a lot of like the the music personalities that we have

out right now. I think about Lizzo, right? Lizzo, I was watching, we've talked about Lizzo a lot on

the show here and like there are plenty of instances where I've heard a Lizzo song and been like,

oh, I feel one way or the other about this, right? The new album is called Special and I'm like,

there's some songs in here that I would play and there's some songs that I don't really care about.

And like there's plenty of music from Lizzo that I'm not like totally in love with but like I do

enjoy a good amount of her music. But like I also what? I mean, I just I'm trying to give you you know

space to continue putting your foot in your mouth. I'm making a point that like there are artists that

I am actually really more into like the person, right? Or what they represent or what they have to

talk about or what they bring into the conversation or the archetype of what they what they are in culture

more than I'm really attached to the music, right? Now mind you after the concert, I'm feeling like
