All right. We're going to jump right in. You guys can be seated. Thank you, buddy. Thank you, Bryn. You want more glory. Place more value on the house. He's designed to hold his glory. So important. So, so, so important. I'm going to read a little bit tonight just to kind of catch us up and we're going to talk about love makes you

dangerous dangerous like a lamb and we're going to kind of take two on that part two it's it's kind

of important if you track with us for you to do the best you can to catch up on the previous week

because we talk in series we I teach in series a lot.

So because of that, it's important.

It's helpful for us to go back and try to catch the week before, but I recognize not

everybody's able to do that.

So I'm going to do a brief review tonight, and then I'm going to just jump into the next

part of this teaching, and we're talking about a subversive society.

We're talking about how Jesus and the kingdom he brought to the earth are by nature subversive.

The root word subversive is the word subvert.

And it literally means to overthrow an existing institution.

So Jesus is subversive in that he's overthrowing an existing institution.

Interestingly, he's not overthrowing it by force, he's overthrowing it by peace.

Of the increase of his government and peace,

there'll be no end. We've not yet seen the effect that peace and love can have on chaos and war.

Because all we've learned to do is in church through religion justify fighting fire with fire.

But you don't fight fire with fire. In the kingdom, a soft answer turns away wrath. In the kingdom,

when they smite you on one cheek, you turn the other cheek. And we've believed that in order to be free, you have to fight.

In order to have liberty, you've got to shed the blood of your enemies.

But there's a real shift in consciousness coming to a company of people who are beginning to understand that the subversive way of peace actually has greater impact
