not going to forget anytime soon. What makes it even more fun is she's a good friend of mine.

Abby Reich is here and she's the author of working it out, a journey of love, loss, and hope.

And I'm not going to really get into her story in this intro because it's hers to tell.

But I'm going to warn you that it's a really, really hard story. But Abby's so quick to say that God is bigger than her

circumstances and God has used her to encourage and inspire so many and I'm so thankful for that.

Abby's been on most major media outlets and she's even had the opportunity to participate in

the biggest loser. So today we're going to talk to her about all of it and you are going to love hearing from her.

She's really just an amazing, joyful person. So I look forward to talking to her and I know

you will enjoy hearing from her. She's going to call in. So sorry if there's a little bit of
