I don't have any healthy relationships to look up to in my life. My mom and bio dad are divorced

and I came to the realization that here's a lot of the terrible words I can't write out.

Before I had realized that, I lived with him for a year along with my grandmother and uncle

in an apartment and And even there,

all the family relationships were terrible too. Any relationships my bio dad has been in have,

you guessed it, also been terrible. Even my mom and my dad, my stepdad, have a rocky relationship.

I've heard him been there for my mom when my stepdad says something or does something that hurts her feelings. I know not every relationship's going to be perfect, whether it's family or friends or marriage, but I just don't want to go down the same road, and it seems most of my family has gone down that road. I've started to notice I kind of do the same thing with my boyfriend. He's a great guy, and I don't want to hurt him. I guess I'm just asking if you think I can break the chain of terrible relationships. Or am I just destined to be just like the people around me, signed confused kid? Well, you're destined to be if you give yourself that victim mentality. I mean, you can break the chains. I'm not saying you haven't had horrible examples, but why not look outside your family?

You can look at, I mean, there are a lot of great examples of healthy, strong relationships.
