As we came back. I'm sorry. All right, well, let's get ready because our love experts are ready to help you out. Loveletters to Kelly.com is the website. And we call this segment. Love letters. Love letters Kelly. Dear Kelly, you are the love expert. Thank you after that build up. Right. I am a mom in my late 30s with a great group of friends. It seems like all of my friends have their own struggles, which of course, that happens. The thing is, I love my life. I have an amazing husband, wonderful kids, great family, love my job. I'm just overall happy with my life. But when I get with my friends, I start to feel guilty even sharing anything about my life because it seems like everyone has significant worries in some area of theirs, whether it's their spouse, kids, jobs, et cetera, and I just don't have those problems. Of course, if I looked close enough, I could find something to complain about, but why would I do that if I feel truly happy? But why do I feel so guilty about this happiness? I feel like I'm not allowed to share the good things because I'm worried it might sound like I'm bragging or make somebody else feel bad. I know this is a crazy problem to have, but I can't help it. Is survivors guilt a thing for happiness in life? And for the record, my friends have never made me feel bad about anything.

2:52.2

But, you know, there's nothing wrong with you.

2:55.9

You know, we all go through phases of life.

2:57.7

It could, everything could change on a dime.

2:59.9

Tomorrow you could have something happen and you'll be right down there with them.

3:03.3

So just be thankful for what you have, count your blessings.

3:08.1

I would hope that there's a balance that your friends don't just sit around and complain all the time.

3:12.4

But we all go through periods of drama where you have teenagers acting up or somebody in the family has health problems.

3:19.5

I mean, you're very, very fortunate.
