Let me show you three verses about these three things.

First, you don't rehearse it over in your mind, up on the screen.

Leviticus 1917 says this.

Do not bear a grudge against others, but settle your differences with them.

So you will not commit a sin because of them.

How is that possible? How do I commit a sin because of them?
