So I thought I'll be happy and relaxed and make you a really nice podcast out here.

So it's Christmas, which is, as we've discussed before, a very, very difficult time for a lot of people, for many people, and relationships and the chaos that ensued.

But it's also a time of year that

you can turn bad relationships into good ones. You know, I've definitely had ups and downs

after my marriage where, you know, we've triggered each other and I'm a natural born fighter.

So, you know, if I feel pressured or I feel bullied or I feel like someone's telling me I have to do something, and I think that's my boarding school days, it doesn't matter what it is.

Even if I know I should probably do it, I won't do it because you've told me I have to do it.

And there's no one like

an ex-husband or a husband or a boyfriend who can trigger you like they can, right? So you need

to remember that. You need to calm down. You need to focus on holding it. I mean, I think those of

you that listened to last week's podcast and I got a lot of

feedback about how I kind of realized it was Christmas when I realized my marriage was really over
