about having a spirit-filled marriage to me. That's right we're talking about spirit-filled marriage to me. That's right, we're talking about spirit-filled

marriage and specifically we're talking about the power of love. You know,

Karen, we don't have the ability to love. Now, the fruit of the spirit is talked about in Galatians 5 and this whole

teaching is based on the fruit of the spirit. See, we are commanded to love one another, but we don't have love love love is not in people now in the

world and the world says well we're making love and we love you and whatever that is a

very shallow love and you can prove it just by looking at all the violence and broken relationships in the world.

But God's love is a different kind of love. It's a higher form of love and it only comes from the Holy Spirit.

So when you're when you're not asking the Holy Spirit to fill you up and you're not

dependent upon the Holy Spirit, what it means means is that you're really walking in

arrogance and deception believing that you have within you what you need. Here's the

point. The Holy Spirit meets our deepest needs that our spouse can't meet,

acceptance, identity, security, and purpose. And the Holy Spirit empowers us to love each other.

I'm a different person when I'm close to the Lord

because love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness,

faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

I'm just a different person.

And it's natural.

When you're walking in the power of the Holy Spirit,

you have a supernatural capacity
