We're jumping right in to our study through the Gospel of John, where in chapter 3, verses

16 through 17, and Jesus is talking to a guy named Nicodemus, who is a religious leader,

a teacher of the Old Testament law to the people of Israel.

And he had some questions.

He had questions that maybe you've had.

And Jesus is in the midst of teaching him the true way to come to know God.

Is that something that's interesting to you?

In chapter 3, verses 16 and 17 together, read this way.

For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should

not perish but have eternal life.

For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the

world might be saved through Him.
