Hi my friends, I'm just so excited today that I have a sweet friend that I don't get

to see often enough, I don't get to hear from often enough, who is going to join me

and help I'm drowning. I think that as I look back on her friendship and knowing her

that we have parallel drowning lives. So welcome with me today my sweet friend Angela.

much. I'm just honored to be here and just I honestly I just love this book and just

can't wait to have you get it out into the world because I feel like I know just from

reading it is just spoken to me so much and I know it's going to help so many of the

rimming because I know we're not alone in so many of us I think are just feeling that

right now where we're like oh my goodness so much is going on in our life. So well and

so much has happened in your life this year. A very unique story that I think people

Yes years ago. Many years ago I accidentally slash providentially ended up being assigned

to sit at your table. I was one of the speakers and I was very shy and you were very kind

to talk to me. You just changed honestly you just changed my life and God just used

you at a moment at my girls were real little at that time and you just I felt gave me permission

to really just enjoy and love and embrace my girls. It was at a time where I felt like
