Welcome back to another episode of Self Care and Chill with Maui, where we self-care,

we let go of toxic people, we create boundaries, we tell people about themselves, we hold ourselves

accountable, we work on ourselves, and that's pretty much the basis of it.

So I knew I was going to wow, and I'm so excited because this is my first episode of 2022.

I didn't know how I wanted to bring the New Year in, what I wanted to talk about, what would be the advice I would be given

everybody. I felt like the New Year just came with pressure and I wanted to provide like a different, a whole different basis of the advice that I'm given this year.

So a little recap with me, same old, same old, as I is doing his virtual school and the dog is getting on my nerves.

I think that I tell y'all this every episode and I miss my man. The only difference that is that I haven't been cooking a lot lately.

I've been Uber E in, so I'm definitely going to start cooking more because I am really, really enjoying Uber Eats in order in from Bonefish Grill.

So today, I'm excited because we have a special guest and so many of y'all have asked me to bring his guests on so many times and I said, they're not going to do it.

I've tried to get them to come on here and they always act like they're so shy or they don't like talking or they want to be to themselves.

So I'm so grateful that today, they chose peace.

They chose that, you know what, coming into 2022, I don't got time for her, her shit or having this conversation.

So they decided to invest in their peace for the rest of the year by doing this episode with me and I'm pretty sure this is probably the only one I'm going to ever get out there as.

So I want you to tell people a little bit about you that may not know you and a little bit of your backstory and what you do.

I'm 30 years old, I'm a nice time in Pennsylvania. I went to Temple University, play basketball for the last eight years, seven, eight years.

I've been playing basketball professionally all over the world.

Been in Israel, Freinets, Philippines, a couple different places, China.

I'm a son, a brother, a uncle, a boyfriend, a stepdad, a dog dad.
