| 0:42.5 | If you look at it, the more you regulate traffic offenses, the less fatalities happen on |

| 0:49.3 | So they're an important part. |
| 0:50.9 | They're an integral part of law enforcement. |
| 0:53.9 | And besides that, traffic stops, you get a whole lot of stuff out of traffic stops. |
| 0:57.4 | So this guy in particular, he has a deal going on with his boss and he is going to be anonymous. |
