So, last week, the Fifth Circuit issued a decision that suspended nationwide, a Biden-error rule that allowed Mifapristone to be prescribed by a telehealth with pills shipped either by

mail or picked up at certified pharmacies.

This is in the case out of Louisiana that we've covered extensively on this podcast.

That's right.

The Fifth Circuit effectively put back in place the requirement that Mifapristone be dispensed

in person by a clinician.
