Welcome back, everybody, to misquoting Jesus.

Today we are talking about the changes that scribes made to the Gospel of Luke.

We've also got our bonus segment, which is listeners questions, where I ask Bart if Jesus' message would have been the same if he didn't think the world was ending imminently. But before all of that, how are you

doing today? Yeah, I'm doing pretty well, actually. So, you know, I'm not teaching now as I'm

retired. And it's taken a, you know, teaching, there are a lot of demands that are

not related to talking to undergraduates or graduate students. And it's, it's rather nice, I'm finding it.

So less stress, less fewer deadlines. Yeah, all good. How are you doing also good also good starting not

to teach undergrads but I've got a homeschool archaeology class starting in a couple of

weeks so I'm going to be teaching a lot of small children about how archaeology works

which I'm really excited about it's going to be so much fun.

Wow. Okay. Good. Yeah. Okay. Maybe they can dig up some clay tablets someplace.

Oh, that would be lovely. That would be so much fun.

So I'm prepping little like plaster of Paris bricks with things embedded in them for them to excavate and then interpret.
