the last episode of the first season,

and things are about change.

I, you know, I must say that we are, as we kind of closing in on the completion of our 117 episode arc, five seasons, I really have enjoyed reviewing the first season shows. And I have the least memory of the first season because I guess there were so many distractions and many of the

things were new and being discovered. And those seem to have gotten lost in seasons four,

maybe in five. But there is a genuineness.

There is a real sweetness about the episode and its themes.

And so it was fun to go back and visit this one,

which features Eve Plum, Jan,

and a big problem she has. Of course, all the problems are bigger than

life. And I think this episode is an example of what the intention was of the show initially.

And though we have, we've gone on about our realization that the first two seasons were much

more fully realized and the show was most comfortable when we were younger.
