So tomorrow Lori will be in court or probably on Zoom for her pre-trial conference.

That's July 17th, 1230 Eastern time.

And we will be live tweeting that on our Twitter,

which is pretty lies alibi.

I don't think it'll be a very long hearing.

This is kind of just a housekeeping thing, I believe.

Because these are misdemeanors, I don't think she's entitled to a preliminary

hearing so they do this where they just make sure both sides are ready if there's a

plea deal or anything like that offered which I doubt there will be and then they agree on a date for the trial.

So are you excited about seeing Lori? I don't know if excited is the word,

but are you ready to see Lori tomorrow?

Yeah, it'll be interesting to read her body language.

We know she'll probably have a mask on.

So I just find it not, it's weird that Chad doesn't wear one but she does so yeah

it's a little weird but yeah I'm not sure why so these are for the misdemeanor

charges these are for the misdemeanor charges. These are not the felony conspiracy

to commit destruction, alteration, or concealment of evidence.

She has two counts of those, but those are in Fremont County. This is Madison County where the

welfare check was performed and these charges still stem from that. Now we know

they've dropped the two felony desertion charges, they're not needed because

unfortunately the kids are deceased. So we'll see what happens tomorrow.
