boomer and Gio at the top. It is the start of the football season tonight in Philadelphia with the Cowboys

and the Eagles. We've got the baseball, of course, from yesterday. Lots going on.

Very weird Yankee game last night. Very. A lot of bizarre things going on.

The Yanks not happy with the umpiring. It's the same old story. It's inconsistent.

Very. Crap. Honestly. They had just a strange set of, you had Devin Williams walked in a run. Yeah. Then some other dude who, I don't know when this guy even showed up. Deval. He's the guy. He's supposed to be like, that was supposed to be the big acquisition at the trade deadline he balked in a run

yeah which was kind of again even david cones like it was a weird calls if you watch the so i was

watching it this morning and they were having issues with the pitchcom they first of all they as soon as he got

out there there was an issue with the pitchcom okay fine they all, as soon as he got out there, there was an issue with the pitchcom. Okay, fine. They get it set up. Place is loud. He can't hear. So he's got his glove over his ear trying to get the call. He gets the call from Wells. Then he gets into his set. I suppose it was slightly quick. The problem, like David Cohn said, is that should have come from the umpire behind him, not the umpire behind home plate. The umpire behind home plate was the jackass that was throwing out Williams and threw out Aaron Boone and had these garbage strike calls or non-strike calls. So all of it didn't make sense. You got the wild pitch. You got John Carlos Stanton having a line drive hit right at him and left field goes over his head. There was a lot that went on in this game. It was pretty wild. So three other runs came on a basis loaded walk, a balk, and a wild pitch. Yeah. Yeah. And they still almost won. They did. I mean, you got the home run from Bellinger with two out and the ninth. And then the strike three call.

And this is not to say that jazz or they were going to win the game or tie the game.

But the strike three crap call on Chisholm to end the game is nonsense.

There were, I actually counted because, you know, before I watched it, I read the story. So I knew there were a lot of questionable calls in that eighth inning.

I counted four pitches that Devin Williams threw that caught, again, caught the strike zone that were called balls.

And then the pitch they strike out Chishamon at the end, just garbage, like inconsistent.

Yeah.

So Aaron Boone got tossed.
