He says the Russians have now packed a major dam with explosives.

And people across Ukraine are facing another day of power outages.

The grid operator there are cutting back electricity due to previous missile strikes on energy infrastructure.

So if that dam gets blown up, that's going to flood dozens of towns, make them more uninhabitable.

You've got about a third of the country without electricity.

President Zelensky going on TV yesterday and telling everybody, you know, where socks get blankets.

Don't use energy because we're going to need all we can.

And there's some thinking that Putin's just trying to make it so miserable to live in Ukraine

that most people flee or turn against the war, I guess.

Yeah, they might flee, but to me, well, if they flee, that would be to cause a refugee crisis

that causes European countries to stop backing away.
