1:06.9	affecting me. And also, I've seen a kind of resurface a lot more, especially two years into it,
1:14.0	which is the pandemic and the life we had beforehand and the life we have now. I feel like we haven't
1:23.1	talked about the pandemic much on this podcast since it began in like 2020 probably because
1:28.0	everybody was kind of tired of it because all everyone was talking about was the pandemic.
1:32.2	And something that I always noticed is that people were constantly saying how much the pandemic
1:38.3	was going to affect mental health and how it was affecting teens mental health and young kids and
1:43.3	even adults and everyone. It basically kind of fucked everyone's mental health up. And I was always
1:48.9	skeptical about it because I knew it came from a reliable source. It's people that have studied it.
1:53.3	But I always was like, not me though. Like, not me. You guys stay safe. I'm not getting affected. I'm
1:59.2	good. Like I don't see what the big deal is like where I home. I don't get how it's going to affect
2:02.6	me mentally. And so I had this fucking like, you know, hero complex that I like not me. You know,
2:08.2	I'm too fucking good for it. But I think recently I've been realizing that maybe the pandemic
2:16.4	did affect me more than I realized. Specifically, it kind of made me, I feel like it's made me
