| 1:12.4 | and when he was asked about it at tonight's briefing, he first tried to claim credit |
| 1:16.7 | where none is due and then he tried to put the responsibility elsewhere. First though, |

| 1:23.3 | I call the business leaders today. They said testing has got to be ramped up significantly |
| 1:28.3 | before the country before they feel comfortable reopening their stores or restaurants and whatnot. |
