Hello and welcome to the Game Theory podcast, offseason preview series, where Bryce Simon and I

break down all 30 teams forthcoming summers. Today, we're going to talk about the Los Angeles

Clippers who have a momentous offseason Bryce. I would say that this is an incredibly important

one for them to try to figure out where the direction of their organization is going

to go. And a lot of it could just be future planning for next summer, to be honest. I think that's

like the big question that I want to ask you in general is like what is this organization trying to do.

I'm very interested to talk through what their plans are because I think

that you can come up with like 45 different directions based off the assets they have at their

disposal as well as the current players they have on the roster. Yeah, I mean, it's one of the more

interesting salary cap sheets to look at on spotack in terms of you have Darius Garland

for 45 million in 2728, you have Isaiah Jackson for 6.4, and then it's Janik Conan

Niederhauser, it's Cam Christie, and that's literally it outside of a couple restricted free

agencies, Jordan Miller and Kobe Sanders.

So like a team that could have unreal cap space and flexibility and all of that.

And so do they lean into that?

What does that mean for Kauai Leonard in this upcoming season?

Or maybe they don't lean into that at all, right?

Like maybe they see the books are clean moving forward and they feel like they can go ahead

and start putting those players in place this season.

So I am, this is going to be a fun one because it is one of those.

I feel like you can go a few different ways with this team.

Like, you can go, the better way of saying is you could drastically go two different directions
