back and not only are we back but we are back with a Lori Valo update and

before we get into that I just have a few things we are back with a Lori Valo update.

And before we get into that, I just have a few things to say.

As most of you know, my parents contracted

COVID in November. Jackie and I packed up from Portland, Oregon, moved here to Nashville, so I could

be with my mom and say goodbye. And unfortunately my mom passed away the week of Christmas during our road trip here.

We put out some episodes after that, but they've been kind of occasionally sporadic and not on a tight schedule as we promised.

And I didn't really say anything about it in previous episodes because to be honest I feel

like it's not really anyone's business but I understand from your viewpoint as well

episodes weren't coming out so you're like WTF everything has been delayed because my

father who had also contracted COVID came out of his COVID super in January with end stage
