I used to work when I was a teenager in a restaurant and my old boss told me, and I think

a lot of people know this now, but before the internet, this was like, whoa, on the 57

bottle or like, on the Hans bottle, if you hit the 57 on the glass bottle, that makes it

come out a lot faster. Yeah, you know, you stick a knife up in there. Oh, you get it come

out. You stick a knife and be like, I know, I know. Yeah. So, well, that's interesting.
