So we wanted to start off the episode today with an alternate type of role playing that

Jess and Bender have been getting into.

Tell us a little bit about your new jaunt into weird tech roleplaying.

Well, we recently got into, or Bender has gotten me into, a Steam game called Atlas.

And Atlas is, what is it, like a world builder, similar to Arc.

It's like Arc Survival.

It's a survival game, I think, is the basis of it.

But definitely there's world building aspects.

And we play specifically on an RP server, an RP PVP server, which is kind of crazy.

So you would call this like an, an MMO,

a massively multiplayer online role-playing game.

So the genre is like the fantasy pirates.
