A very square room here at the Pasadena Convention Center.

At Politicon, the most fabulous confidant of the immigration and confabulation of politics ever struck together here.

I was supposed to read this note to you for us at Politicon.

What is Politicon?

I hear you out there in Proofcast, Landa Asking.

And I hear the people in this room with their lack of fucking enthusiasm.

It is quite warm here in Pasadena.

And in order to go to Politicon, the Pasadena Convention Center was designed by white people in the 50s to make sure everyone felt shitty about their lives.

And so they built square rectangular rooms like this that have high ceilings and with bright fluorescent lighting.

So we all feel like we should be wearing a backward smock and have our ass exposed and have cold stirrups or about to put our feet in.

And then in order to get to the other building where other activities are taking place here at Politicon,

you have to walk on the surface of Mercury for about 200 yards.

It's quite hot here.

And there's no breeze or any kind of mitigating circumstances because this is Pasadena.

And the town fathers invoked that years ago that there would never be a breeze or any kind of ocean activity in Pasadena.

In order to escape the heat of Pasadena, you have to go up into the hills.
