I was told to pump three times a day at the hospital because I needed a nipple shield.

Now I have, or what I think to be, an oversupply problem.

Would love more tips and tricks on how to safely help with this and not get mastitis.

Well, and like what? She's in the hospital. So the baby is like, what, a day old? And she's going to start pumping.

I hear mammas tell me, oh, they told me to start pumping in the hospital to make my milk go back faster. Why?

Why do we need to, like, alter what nature does on itself?
