with excess skin. Well, I'm happy to have Dr. Roddy Raban on today to talk about just

that. He is a premier plastic surgeon. We will discuss the pros and cons of the surgical

podcast. Well, thank you for having me. So, for me, it was a big and traumatic experience.

And for so many, it is a kind of a very shocking thing because it's very seldom talked about

or broadly disseminated that massive weight loss comes with loose skin. Correct. This is something

that I couldn't escape from and I tried all kinds of things to get away from this. But

I want to hear from a real doctor. Yeah. So, I think that's interesting that you should

mention that because, you know, depending on where I meet patients in the journey, of course,

my job is to educate them. So, occasionally, I'll see patients early on in the stage where

they're still heavy in their weight. They haven't quite yet made the discipline and

anary decisions to lose that weight. And of course, they come to you hoping that there's

going to be a magic bullet, right? So, when they see patients early on and I see them

and should every other physician be honest with them, but hey, listen, now is not the time

to invest in aesthetic surgery. You're just not at your welter weight. You need to lose
