I think we often we find ourselves in these loops, right?

Let it be positive or negative ones.

Either side, both are very powerful, right?

Being in a positive loop, that momentum can shift our life, shift lies.

You know, we become magnetic or or a glows, but a negative loop.

Ooh, that could be so detrimental.

It could be devastating.

It could be disappointing.

It could be exhausting, can it?

And when you find yourself in a negative loop, it's almost as if you can't pinpoint

the single event that got you there.

You know, a loop isn't just one event.

That's why a negative loop requires a whole sphere of events or actions

to create that loop.

And we find ourselves in these loops and they can start off simple.

Sometimes they can start off just with being a little bit too hard on ourselves.

And then we convince ourselves to lay on the couch for the day.

Then we feel bad for not doing anything and then realize there's nothing to cook for dinner.

So maybe we order a pizza.

Now we eat the pizza, it tastes good, but an hour later we feel like,

and then we fall asleep and we go to bed in a very uneasy way with no intention.

Maybe we fall asleep with a light on or a close on.
