It's essentially just like dudes trying to get as hot as they could and somehow trying to like be like, it's manly still.

And like that would like be such an effeminate thing to do in the past. Yeah. Um, looks maxing. The community receives six million unique visitors per month. And it's related to something called lookism, which I didn't know about before,

which is like a form of discrimination and prejudice that's based on people's attractiveness and that lookism has been

studied and it like can have like serious impacts on your life like you can have like poorer

health outcomes you can have like reduced wages if you're like quote unquote less attractive

so sometimes these like these manospherey looks master maxer people are trying to be like there is like,

they sometimes use these studies to be like,

lookism is real.
