I want to talk about poor leadership because it's really getting worse in our world today and causing a lot of problems.

And there's one big reason why. Ideology. So if you are going to vote for someone,

give people power, whether it's in your own town or county, state, country, whatever it may be.

And you're voting because you like what they say, you may be making

a mistake. You've got to see what they've done, all right, how effective they have been in helping

people. That's what the key to leadership, public leadership,

is all about.

Are you a problem solver?

Do you help people?

Now, we are in a country where, I'd say,

40% of Americans despise the President of the United States.

They hate him.

Trump.

Hate him.

And Biden pretty close to that.
