the only son from heaven. The season of Epiphany, well, we usually think of it as light,

but it is a light that reveals. It reveals Jesus Christ, and it reveals much more than

Jesus Christ. It reveals much more than Jesus Christ.

It reveals also the Father and the Holy Spirit.

And in the gospel reading for this coming Sunday, the second Sunday after Epiphany,

we have John the Baptist saying,

Behold the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world.
