Alright, let me tell you a story. I'm going to ease into the message. We are not singing

rattle again. Y'all tricked me into that last week and I never really got to preach a real

sermon. You hear me, Joey? Do not start that Joe Perry guitar thing up again. That is

the devil back there. Get behind me, Satan. Get behind me, Signah. Joey Sign, everybody,

the greatest rock and roll worship guitar track of the last 20 years was on rattle.

And let me tell you, y'all can go ahead and sit down and stuff and if there's any debris

around just clear it out. They're going to come back and sit on stools so that I don't

feel completely and totally alone. You can sit down too if you want to. I don't care what

you do. Whatever you need to do to get your faith charged. I saw some people listening

to me preach this week and they were doing Tabata squats with my sermon. I was like, cool

man. Way to be creative, right? That's how that's what I call exercising your faith. Yeah,

it's really cool. And we need some exercise. So that's I'm looking out for you. I realized

that some of y'all have not moved that much as you just did in the last eight minutes

in the last eight days. So we're just trying to look after you, spiritual and body at

elevation church. And what God gave me today kind of goes along with this idea of just

put this in the chat, all right? That's my thing right now. I can't touch your neighbor.

I can't hug your neighbor. I can't do anything with neighbors. We're not even allowed

to make eye contact with our neighbors. I'm so scared of my neighbors right now. My neighbors

are wearing masks and gloves and I don't know what to do with my neighbors. So we're just
