The Gospel of Luke chapter 10. We'll begin reading in verse number number one I think we'll have the words on the

screen so you can follow along with us if you don't bring your Bible put the words on the screen

Luke chapter 10 verse number one it says after this the Lord appointed 72 others and sent them

two by two ahead of him to every town and place where he was about to go.

He told them, the harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.

Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.

Go, I am sending you out like lambs among wolves.

Do not take a purse or a bag or sandals and do not greet anyone on the road.

The title of today, for those of you who like to take notes, overachievers, incredibly proud of you,

the title of today is looking for a leader.

The gospel of Luke is my favorite gospel. I love it so very much. Luke was a physician, and you find lots of details in his book. He also is the one who wrote the book of Acts. So a lot of theologians put those together, Luke Axe. And he wrote these two books, and you can find out in the very beginning of

the gospel of Luke why he's writing the book. He's writing to this guy named Theophilus, who we think
