and is it a bittersweet moment, just sweet, maybe a little bitter, but Brandon Graham has called it quits, Adam, after an incredible Eagles career that we'll get into 15 years, 76 and a half sacks, and several injuries, including another, his second torn triceps of this past season in the Super Bowl,

but well worth it for Brandon Graham, who says goodbye, one of only four humans,

I believe to have two Super Bowl rings with the Philadelphia Eagles because they've only

won two Super Bowls.

Great moment for Brandon to say goodbye, Adam.

Obviously a pillar of the franchise.

Not too many people, I would say, and I'll throw it to you on this.

I can't think of another Philadelphia athlete and not too many athletes in general

who have completed the, you're at the top you hit the bottom you go back

to the top that full circle of being a real true special athlete like brandon at brandon graham

has been in philadelphia yeah i would go back to when he was drafted and really the the first two years, I forget which year he had,

the ACL and the Battella Tenant injury, because it was, as our friend Aaron Borgman of the

Sports Met Bros podcast told us, who Aaron was an assistant trainer when BG was a rookie and he was there

for a couple years when BG was with starting his career. So he knew it. I mean, he knew that

that was a devastating injury. But I would go back then and to see what he would be he would

become in terms of a player and on and off the field. Look, we, as we get into this, I mean, we lived it.

And you and I weren't working together, but you were working at Comcast Sportsnet then,

and you lived it.

Someone who was in the locker room all the time.

He got off to a bad start.

He had the injury.
