Happy New Year, you're listening to the very first episode of the

the Brulosophy Podcast in 2018. The purpose of this show is going to be a little bit

different than most of the episodes that we've put out so far in the prior year.

Basically what I'd like to do is just go over some of the

stuff from last year, spend some time reminiscing a little bit, and then talk a bit about

what we're going to be doing in the future. We're also going to be talking about some of the cool

experiments that we've done over the last year that seem to catch some traction among

home brewers and the like. So joining me is Brulossvosophy contributor Matt Del Fiaco from Chicago, Illinois, our satellite

Hey, happy New Year, Marshall. They were fantastic. I mean, had a great time got to share some

home brew with some family talk do some drinking as you know we just got a puppy

so that was exhausting. Oh my god I know it's so crazy but it it's great. Yeah, yeah, the says the childless at this point contributor.

I think yeah, I know I have no idea how you guys do it. Oh man, I'll tell you puppies and you know kids cry and like require a little bit more attention.

But when we got our puppy who's you know he's what pushing 13 years old now man. I'm telling you it was I couldn't I couldn't believe how difficult it was and we got him it

He was like eight weeks old when we got him and he was crying every night and peeing and poop and everywhere

So I hope your experience goes a little bit better your your dog

is definitely very cute what is a golden retriever he is a golden retriever yeah oh

awesome stuff man you get anything good for the holidays you know what I got a lot of I got a couple Amazon gift cards I got a

bunch of stuff to make a couple batches of mead and some some desperately needed

new work clothes but it was pretty quiet Christmas I'm thrilled it was a

great year.
