Welcome to our one year anniversary of our first TikTok deep dive.

The interest of exposing myself and my niche interest as TikTok does so well, I wanted

to start with some spoken word about what this obscure app has meant to me over the course

of the past 12 months.

So if you don't mind, I'll begin by saying, I recall last year I had some fear that

we needed to have a talk.

At first all the rage of early TikTok days was the bejiest beige, high-pouse, a carpeted

bathroom, kids ditching the classroom, and tongues hanging out of their mouth.

We cropped at the top, half-shirts non-stop, started buttoning our jeans through the loops.

We heard Doja Cat as they threw it back, did the woe and the renegade too.

Last year, Charlie's making a kill in it just 20 million.

She's now got eight zeroes to her name.

We searched for the answers, why a 15-year-old dancer would skyrocket to overnight fame.

An atticent was a ray of sunshine each day, dropped out of LSU to find her new footing.
