And a lot of this dig into at the beginning of the show, but I talked to a lot of people about kind of what their fitness goals are.

And one of the things that comes up so much, and I think a lot of it's just because it's kind of a big buzz work right now is the idea of longevity.

People want to live a really long time and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that,

but we have no real way of measuring it.

We have no way of kind of like putting a plan together that what works for living another 50 years?

Because what happens if we make all these decisions and then, you know, you live from 100 to

So is longevity really the goal or is it a framework to trying to say like I'd like to

as I possibly can which I'm a hundred percent in on and then how do we break that down into smaller components?

How do we manage the intensities that we're either focused on our nutrition,

focused on our training, focused on cardiovascular health, focused on our nutrition, our training, focused on cardiovascular health,
