In this episode Scotty goes long and one on one with local runner Jeff Lenard who came to running late, a family man with a full time job and just made it look easy. From a sub 24 hour at his first 100, to multiple Superior 100 finishes, a Gnarly Bandit finish, Bear 100, Frozen Otter 64 and Potawatomi 200.
