Tunk miles. Hey everybody this is going to be a long run between me and Ricky Harrow

and I'm probably mispronouncing that but we're going to find that out right off the bat.

Ricky's a guy that I met at the North face San Francisco and he's involved with the band of runners trail camp.

He's also a really interesting guy with a really interesting running story and he you know I want to talk to someone about band of runners

Because we're promoting their equipment their hats and their shirts so I wanted to get somebody on the show that had some connection to that, and also someone with a cool story.

So I'm going to talk to Ricky, and we might call Liza Howard in the middle of it and kind of get her in about what's new and exciting about the trail camp as well. So without further ado here is Ricky.

I went and I looked at all the emails and I don't, I don't ever remember us even talking

about time zones.

Yeah, I don't remember that either.

It happens all the time too.

Like there was one, I did this girl, Sam Gash, in Australia, and we went through the whole thing, we all of it and then it turned out that

she like called me the day before and like left the message on my answering machine

that she couldn't do it and like I looked at I did all the math and I was

like fuck that was supposed to start like in a half an hour based on her time so it was

like all because we rescheduled it and then it was like okay fine six o'clock

six o'clock Tuesday six o'clock six o'clock Tuesday
