All right, you guys, it's going to be a long run episode of me and Alex Ramsey, my old friend, who just finished, well, not just finished, but this year, he finished the Sri Chimnoi 3,100 mile race.

That's right. You heard that. It's crazy. It's around a city block in New York. I'm sure we're going to learn more about it from him. It's in Queens every summer. So this was last summer. And yeah, 5,649 laps of one block in Jamaica, Queens. Alex Ramsey did it. And he's done a lot of other crazy stuff and a past resident of the guest room of champions, like years and years ago. He's a good friend. And he's somebody I've known for a long time. And he's someone that I don't get to talk to very often. But when I do, I feel like I felt connected to him, you know, throughout. So he's a really good guy, and I'm really excited to share him with you. So, buckle. I know somebody just finished, like, their 100-mile or something, and they're feeling good about themselves, and they're going to hear this, and they're going to be like, oh, my God, oh oh my god. Because it sounds so dumb, doesn't it?

I mean, it's dumb.

But, I mean, it's like one of the peaks of dumb, right?

And I mean that in a good way.

And Alex is a really fun guy.

Now, is this the one that Coach Bono runs as well? He did run it. He ran the 50 mile and the 50K, but his claim to fame is he ran the 100 mile at the Badger.
