All right, you guys, this is going to be a long run episode of me and Jeff Stafford.

I want to just briefly apologize for the short laps.

Obviously, I was working on the Sugar Badger, which went amazing. Everybody had a really good time. If you didn't go, you missed out. There's no reason why you should just sign up for all of our races. Badgers coming up in August. You can do all the distances. Sign up, sign up, sign up. It's a lot of fun. It reminds me. It's like I work all year long and then right about before the race I start to think,

And then I go to the race and I see everybody and I give the hugs and they tell me their stories and how they met each other.

And it reminds me that all of this stuff has a purpose and the purpose is so that you guys don't have to

run and train by yourself so you guys can make a community and so you can make friends and so you

don't have to run alone and by doing that and helping me do that we can change the world and

I saw a lot of that this weekend so I really really appreciate it but we're going to be back to
