All right, you guys, this is going to be a long run episode of me and Meg Eckert.

If you don't know who she is, you should, because she's fascinating and delightful.

And she is one of the very few women that have run over 500 miles in a six day event and then she went and crushed

the Angeli's Crest 100 and she is really cool and I didn't know anything about

her so this is me as a podcast you're saying I don't know anything about her. So this is me as a podcast you're saying,

And then just cold calling them and finding out

one-on-one with them.
